While you’re at the Abbitt Planetarium, enjoy the spooky fun at the Virginia Living Museum! October 19th, the museum will be hosting an evening of Halloween fun with their celebration, “Night of the Living Museum”! Dress up in your favorite costume and head on out to watch mad scientists conduct crazy experiments and score some yummy candy! Creepy crawlies and crafts will be on display for your enjoyment, and while you’re there be sure to participate in some of the museum’s creepy Halloween games!

Howl-O-Scream
Now celebrating its 15th anniversary, Howl-O-Scream at BuschGardens is bigger and scarier than ever! Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday until October 27th the park is completely transformed into a terrifying fright fest! Take a walk through “Ripper Row” in England or if you’re feeling brave enough, venture to the haunted alleyways of “Demon Street” in France. To commemorate their 15th anniversary, the gardens have created a new and even more frightening attraction where lawless scoundrels and bloodthirsty buccaneers go for shelter known as “Cut Throat Cove”. Howl-O-Scream at Busch Gardens Williamsburg is an absolute must for families celebrating Halloween in the ‘Burg!
