On Sunday, August 26, head to the Nashville Zoo from approximately 1:00 p.m to 5:00 p.m. to spend some time with the Nashville Predators hockey team. The team will be in attendance at the zoo, handing out gifts and running games. This event is the perfect opportunity for the kids to have fun, and for the adults to meet the team.
At this event, games, giveaways and more will all be available for you and the kids. A saber tooth tiger slide, a giant obstacle course, a slapshot cage and many other activities are more fun benefits to attending.
From about 2:00 to 3:00, the players will be at the Zoo’s Jungle Terrace Pavilion. There, they will be meeting and greeting their fans. This event is the perfect way to get ready for the 2012-2013 hockey season. It is also free to all guests with zoo admission.
While you’re at the zoo to meet the Predators, you can also meet the predators. The Bengal Tiger, Clouded Leopard, Cougar, Alligator Snapping Turtle, American Alligator, Emerald Tree Boa, Green Basilisk and many other creatures all call the zoo their home.
