What better way to celebrate Independence Day than at SeaWorld San Antonio. There, you’ll see the gorgeous fireworks displayed over Ski Lake. If you want excellent seats, head over to Ski Stadium where you can see the entire show in all of its splendor. The stadium opens at 7:45 pm featuring a preshow by Zach Winningham and Brothers of Flame. Fireworks begin at 9:45 pm.
Though the park doesn’t officially open until 10:00 am on the fourth, if you arrive at the parking lot at 8:00 am, you’ll be one of the first guests to arrive for the busy Independence Day activities. You’ll be able to visit the Sharks and Coral Reef exhibit as well as Dolphin Cove and will get to feed all of your favorite flippered friends in the cooler morning hours.
Both the 3rd and 4th, SeaWorld will be celebrating with live musical performances along with everyone’s favorite SeaWorld characters. The festivities end after the last firework around 10:00 pm.
If you can’t make it for this fireworks extravaganza, check out Sea World’s Summer Nights, where you can enjoy many of this coming week’s festivities on specially-reserved summer nights. After the show, head back to the hotel of your choice. Try the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa or the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa, both of which are conveniently located within a mile of SeaWorld.
