Attend an Inspiring Celebration of Jazz Greats in New York City

At the Museum of the City of New York on February 28, you can attend an incredible evening of jazz music called “The Apollo Legacy: Jazz!” This incredible evening honors the musical artists that helped establish the Apollo as a premier venue for American music. At the event, you will hear tributes to jazz greats like Cab Calloway, Duke Ellington, Ella Fitzgerald and Billie Holiday. This event is in conjunction with an exhibit celebrating Black History Month that is showing at the Apollo Theater, so you will want to be sure to visit the Apollo as well during your visit.
