The coastal city of Myrtle Beach offers visitors a variety of options for enjoying Halloween this year! Whether you’re taking the kids out to show off their costumes or wanting a good old fashioned scare, Myrtle Beach has plenty of “spooktacular” options for you to enjoy during your time in Myrtle Beach!

Halloween on the Marsh Walk
Dress up the entire family and head out to Murrells Inlet for their spectacular costume contests! Starting at 5 p.m. on Halloween night, Murrells Inlet will be hosting their annual costume contests, designating one contest for children and one for adults. Beginning at 5 p.m., a trick-or-treat along the Marsh Walk will begin, followed by the children’s costume contest with winners to be announced at 6 p.m. Don’t forget to stick around for the adult costume contest starting at 7 p.m., where cash prizes will be awarded for the best dressed!

Howl-O-Ween at the X
Pack up the pooch and make your way to The X Sports Mall in Myrtle Beach for their Howl-O-Ween event! Sunday, October 27 from 12 to 4 p.m. dog owners are invited to dress up their furry friends for a doggie Halloween costume contest with proceeds benefiting the Grand Strand Humane Society!

Terror Under the Bridge
For those wanting to experience the fear and fright of Halloween, Terror Under the Bridge is guaranteed to get your pulse racing and make your hair stand on end! Those who are brave enough to step inside the area’s only true haunted house are welcome to the warehouse in downtown Conway, SC for an evening they won’t soon forget. The house will be open October 25 through Halloween night and promises to be a haunted house unlike any you’ve seen before!
